Which size is right for me?
- Getting the right fit is vital to ensure comfort and to prevent any embarrassing leaks. On each product page in the description is a size guide to help determine which size range you fall into. We strongly advise taking measurements of your Waist and Rise before ordering to aid in finding the correct size and fit.
Should you feel none of our standard size ranges are suitable, we also offer a customisation service where we will make a product to order for special requirements or sizes. In such a case, please contact us directly with the specifications and measurements and we will do this as a quote, only proceeding once you confirm the details quoted. Please be aware this could occur additional cost to reflect the extra work involved in manufacturing a bespoke product. Custom orders are also not returnable nor eligible for refund.
Will I need extra Boosters / Trifolds?
- This is a personal choice. Both our ContiSlip and ContiSlip Light are designed to accommodate additional absorbency if desired. (The ContiSlip Light already comes with a trifold). We would recommend the use of extra trifolds for added absorbency during night-time use and for those who suffer from very heavy incontinence during the day requiring further peace of mind. Our original ContiSlip should be sufficient without additional boosters for regular use.
Cotton vs Bamboo
- People regularly ask if there's any real different between Brushed Cotton and Bamboo Terry when it comes to the absorbency of our fitted garments. If not constrained by budget we'd recommend Bamboo Terry, as it has a softer feel and is more absorbent than Brushed Cotton, resulting in a comfortable garment which requires less layers and will therefore be less bulky. (Hence why it's also more expensive). A product made with Cotton will also have very high absorbency, but needs to rely on more layers to achieve it, making the garment slightly more bulky, but otherwise equally effective.
